This is such a nice item. It is called a Ramasse Miettes here in France, which literally means Crumbs collector. And that is exactly what it does. At the end of each meal or in between courses, in a good restaurant the waiter will roll the Ramasse Miettes over the table cover or surface to clear the table from crumbs etc. This one is Silver plated and bears the name Frionnet, which is from François Frionnet, a French maker of Silverware. The size is w 13 x d 6.5 x h 10cm (h includes handle). It weighs 260 grms. What a unique gift from France to use on your own table to surprise your guests. Postage included.
