Where is the Villa Maison furniture collection manufactured?

The majority of our items are made in Asia under strict European supervision and inspired

by European designs.  We also source exclusive one-off pieces and Brocante from Europe and

the markets in France.

Where does the recycled timber originate from?

The recycled timber collection is made in Asia under strict European supervision and

inspired by European designs.  Each piece of recycled timber is unique. It can can show

marks of old hinges, nuts and bolts, small cracks and/or slight curves. All signs of a

previous life, which enhances the character and does not interfere with the structure in any

way.

What are the Villa Maison candles made from and how long do they burn for?

All candles are made from the highest grade of paraffin. Burning time - depending on the size

of the candle - is between 20-120 hours.  Providing the candle is kept away from draft and

the wicks are being trimmed prior to each use.  All candles are produced to meet Australian

standards.

What is the wattage of the lamps?

The maximum wattage depends on the design, therefore each lamp is labeled with the

maximum wattage information. All lamps are designed to meet strict Australian standards.

Can I purchase from outside of Australia?

Yes, we accept international credit cards and processing will be done in Australian Dollars.

Bank Fees and Exchange Fees may be charged by your bank.

Shipping costs however will need to be quoted, so please send an email on your inquiry and

we will respond with a shipping quote based on your country and address details.

How do I know my payments are secure and my details protected?

Villa Maison does not store customer credit cards details.

Processing of payments is conducted over a secure 256 Bit SSL Certificate Encryption,

through our online service provider the Commonwealth Bank Australia.  For more

Can I pick goods up from your showrooms / warehouse?

Not when purchasing online. All on line purchases are being dispatched from our warehouse

by Villa Maison.  You are welcome to visit our showrooms where purchases can be made

directly.

How long is delivery?

Depending on destination and shipping schedules, delivery time is 7-20 days. If you require

What happens when nobody is at home when my delivery arrives?

To ensure your purchase is delivered safely, it is important that someone is available to sign

for and receive the goods.  If no one is at home, the driver will leave and goods will be returned

to a local depot.  Additional charges for re delivery will apply, which customer will be
